Reflection  

I enjoy most about every part of this project because it was good and interesting. The challenging part of the project was how to show water cycle in order because it is easy explain by talking but it is hard to show. Make the pictures clear I could have done to improve of my work because I think the pictures was not that much clear.

1. How does sleep effect your learning? 
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?

1. When you sleep your body get rest because during the day we do so many activities learn things and at night your brain fit information on your head.

2. 9 hours and 30 minutes I get sleep each night. I think is enough because when I get up in the morning I don't feel tired. 

3. I don't change what I do after reading about sleeping and learning because I go to sleep early and I don't like to stay until late.

Energy Drinks

1.What is your opinion about energy drinks?

  I think energy drinks increasing health risk. Energy drinks has a lot caffeine and sugar. It can cause high blood pressure and heart disease. We should be careful what we are drinking.

2.What is an opposing argument that the one that you have been presented with? What would the drink makers say about this?

 Some people think that energy drinks makes you energetic and helps you to be strong.

Drink makers would say this energy drinks are good, they will make you feel active.

3.Will you drink them? Why or why not?

  I never did and never will because they are not healthy for your body. If you drink too much you will die from heart attack.
