Reflection: Write a reflection about your Sleep & Learning PSA on your blog

1. How does sleep effect your learning? 

2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?

1. When you sleep your body get rest because during the day we do so many activities learn things and at night your brain fit information on your head.

2. 9 hours and 30 minutes I get sleep each night. I think is enough because when I get up in the morning I don't feel tired. 

3. I don't change what I do after reading about sleeping and learning because I go to sleep early and I don't like to stay until late.
